We do not charge from the time we leave our depot. We charge from the time we arrive at your door until we finish unloading the last item of furniture into your new home or office. Then the time stops and our job is complete.
Trick of the trade
Wrap the glassware in butcher’s paper, not newspaper.
Newspaper ink rubs off. Unpack in the new place and you will find yesterday’s headlines smeared across your plates and your crystal, and it does not wash off easily. Blank butcher’s paper costs a few dollars more and saves you an afternoon at the sink. After 25 years we have a long list of these, and we are happy to share them before you start packing.

How much does a removalist cost in Sydney?
We charge a competitive hourly rate with no call out fee. The clock starts when we arrive at your door and stops when the last item is unloaded, so you are not paying for our drive from the depot. Call and describe the rooms, the stairs and the parking and we will give you a rough price on the phone.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No. There is a zero call out fee. We do not charge from the time we leave our depot, only from the time we arrive at your door until we finish unloading.
Can you move me at short notice?
Often yes, that is how the business got its name. Trucks are ready to go and if one is free we can usually get to you the same week and sometimes the same day.
Do you wrap and protect the furniture?
Yes. Blankets and shrink wrap go on the furniture as standard, doorways and floors get protected, and beds and tables are dismantled and rebuilt where they need to be.
Do you move on weekends?
Yes, seven days. Office moves are often done on a weekend or after hours so your business is not disrupted.
Do you do interstate moves?
Yes. We run Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Brisbane, and your belongings stay on our truck rather than being transferred through third party depots.
